Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the initial services booked as a cancellation fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, the cancellation fee will apply and you will be rescheduled unless the schedule that day allows. If the schedule does allow, adjustments may be made to your initial services booked in order to accommodate timing.

YES! Natural oils and product build-up can interfere with coloring and lightening services. If you have time and remember, I would definitely recommend washing 12-24 hours in advance of your appointment.
